KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service during peak periods.
  • Monitor and maintain bar performance, ensuring speed, cleanliness, and consistency.
  • Manage shift schedules, staff allocation, and break coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with event and stock teams to manage deliveries and resolve issues.
