Job Title: Experienced Bar Server

Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Experienced Bar Server, you’ll be on the front line serving festivalgoers quickly, accurately, and with great energy. You’ll be expected to maintain a high standard of service while managing queues, pouring drinks, and keeping the bar area tidy and stocked.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver fast, friendly service in high-volume bar environments.
- Accurately pour and serve a range of drinks.
- Handle cashless payments and operate tills or handheld devices.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and efficient throughout your shift.
- Adhere to licensing laws and Challenge 25 policies.

You’re an outgoing team player with strong attention to detail and a love for high-energy environments.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 6 months in a bar or festival environment preferred
